Southeast Design Associates, Inc. is fully licensed in the state of Florida, with NCARB certification for out-of state national project opportunities. Our office, under direct supervision of the Principal, Manuel Perez-Vichot, guarantees that each and every commission receives direct and personal attention in every phase of the project s’ development.
